All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.  All credit/debit card transactions on the GIRL & THE SUN site are processed using Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Security is Stripe's highest priority. Stripe meet or exceed the most stringent industry standards: each piece of Stripe's infrastructure and each stage of their operations are designed with security in mind.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Always make sure that the shipping address that you enter in when checking out is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on there way to you. Our delivery time window begins from the moment an order is accepted by us and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please keep in mind that it can take longer during our busy sale periods where it may take up to 32 hours period. Once orders are dispatched, it can take up to 3 or 4 days to arrive for all Australian orders. For International orders it can take up to 14 days, depending on your location. All customers will receive an email once their order has been dispatched with tracking information from our courier.

RETURN POLICY

Please refer to the RETURNS POLICY page for more detail. We have the right to deny a refund if items returned have been worn, damaged, soiled in any way and will be returned to the sender. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You are solely responsible for the return of your order. We will not be responsible for damaged, missing or late packages.

Our 15% sign up discount does not include sale items. This includes all online warehouse sale, outlet and marked down and reduced styles. It will only be applied to full priced clothing items.
